Supply Bridge GmbH ("SupplyBridge", "we") is the data controller for personal data processed through the SupplyBridge platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data: Business email, name, company name, job title
  • Company profile data: Products, capabilities, certifications, locations, customer references — as provided by you
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration
  • Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: operate and improve the platform; match your company with relevant buyer searches; calculate your Procurement Visibility Score (PVS); send you relevant notifications about RFQs and platform updates; and process payments for subscription services.

4. Data Sharing

Your company profile information is visible to registered quality buyers on the platform — this is the core function of the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting), and as required by law.

5. AI Processing

When you use AI Profile Fill, uploaded documents are processed by AI to extract company information. Documents are processed in real-time and are not stored beyond the extraction session. Extracted data is saved to your profile only with your confirmation.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).

7. Your Rights (GDPR)
