1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SupplyBridge platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. SupplyBridge is operated by Supply Bridge GmbH ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

SupplyBridge is a B2B platform connecting automotive suppliers with manufacturing procurement teams. The Service includes supplier profile management, procurement visibility scoring, RFQ management tools, and buyer discovery features. We provide the platform as-is and do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as RFQ volume or buyer engagement.

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid business email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans

SupplyBridge offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SupplyBridge (company information, certifications, product data, images). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform to facilitate buyer-supplier connections. You represent that you have the right to share all uploaded content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: upload false or misleading company information; scrape or harvest data from other supplier profiles; interfere with the platform's operation; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

SupplyBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
